Hydrogen Production & Fuel Cell Industries – Nickel Woven Mesh

Nickel woven mesh is a kind of woven wire mesh made of high purity nickel wires with the nickel content of not less than 99.5%. It features excellent corrosion resistance, acid & alkali resistance, high electrical conductivity and good ductility and is widely used for the filtration of battery electrode, collector mesh, radiation shielding and special gases and liquids under strong acid and strong base environments.

Nickel materials are divided into N4, N6, nichrome wire and nickel-copper wires. Of which, N6 has a nickel content of 99.5% and above, and nickel woven mesh made of N4 can be replaced by N6.

Titanium woven mesh is woven from non-magnetic titanium wires and can be divided into black titanium woven mesh and white titanium woven mesh by surface color. Black titanium woven mesh is made of pure titanium wires and is suitable for ship filtration and seawater filtration; White titanium woven mesh is made of pure titanium wires after removing graphite emulsion coating and is suitable for manufacturing electrode mesh, titanium battery collection mesh, fine chemical liquid filtration titanium mesh, etc.
