Specification

Material:Stainless steel (304, 316L), duplex stainless steel (2205), Hastelloy, Monel.
Slot: 0.1–2.0 mm, can be precisely designed according to the particle size distribution of formation sand (D10, D50). Common specifications include 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, and 1.0 mm.
Outer diameter: 2" – 16" or larger; the most common sizes are 4", 6", and 8".
Length: 1–12 m (customizable connection available)
Connection: Standard API threads (e.g., NPT, BSP), flange connection, and baffle ring connection, enabling seamless integration with standard well pipes and fittings.
