Wedge wire rotary drum screen is an efficient, continuous self-cleaning solid-liquid separation equipment, widely used in water treatment, food, chemical, mining, and papermaking industries. Its core component is a fully welded cylindrical screen, precisely fabricated from wedge wire (V-wire) and support rings.

During operation, the drum rotates at a preset speed. The material to be processed (liquid or slurry) enters the drum from one end. Liquids or fine particles smaller than the screen slot pass through the screen and are discharged, while larger solids are retained and conveyed to the outlet for discharge by the rotating drum. The optional backwash device effectively clears screen surface blockages, ensuring continuous and stable operation.
