Our clients needed a screen product with a filtration accuracy of 250 μm and required the largest size possible. We recommended two products to our clients. The first one is 12 × 95 mesh count Dutch weave wire mesh with thickness of 0.75 mm; the second product is etching sheet with 250 μm filtration precision with thickness of 0.15 mm.
They made a detailed enquiry about the production process, cutting method and welding method of these two products, at the same time, the clients sent us the reference drawings of their final products, after our engineers' research, we recommend them to choose the etching sheet, so that the product will be more beautiful and flexible.
