Light Linear Vibrating Screen Mesh – High Precision Screening Accuracy and High Output

Light linear vibrating screen mesh is a high performance fine sieve mesh installed on light linear vibrating screen machine. It is mainly used for grading, filtering removing impurities of powders, particles and liquid materials in various industries. Its tightly controlled woven mesh and perforated metal aperture sizes are essential to achieving a reliable, efficient screening outcome.

Our sieve mesh is made of stainless steel woven mesh with 80–400 meshes or perforated metal with an aperture 1–10 mm to meet the screening needs of various industries.

Working Principles

When a light linear screening machine starts to work, materials are thrown up on the sieve screen, while moving forward in a straight line. Materials enter evenly from the feed port of the machine, generate multi-standards materials through the multi-layer screens, and are discharged from each discharge outlets, thus achieving the multi-layer grading of the material.
