Filtration Rating

Filtration precision is directly determined by the mesh count or aperture of the woven mesh, and is a key parameter affecting filtration performance.

  • Coarse filtration: Features a lower mesh count, used to intercept larger particulate impurities and protect subsequent precision filters.
  • Fine filtration: Features a higher mesh count, used to obtain high-purity melt and ensure the quality of the final product.
